Steve’s background in supply chain management and logistics, along with advertising, marketing, public relations and promotions has allowed him the ability to not only understand all the nuances of a particular client need, but provide solutions that will have a dramatic impact on the longevity, as well as bottom line results of a given program. Steve has over 18 years' experience in the marketing communications, consumer promotions and interactive media lines of business with particular emphasis on Internet commerce. Steve's experience in developing online and offline marketing and sales solutions for a wealth of Fortune 500 corporations brings a unique blend of strategic and technical expertise to The Logical Step.

Steve’s experience with corporate entities within a variety of vertical markets provides the level of understanding and “quick study” ability for a successful engagement. Client partners such as Radio Shack Corporation, Bissell Home Products, Clorox, – among a few – have enjoyed Steve’s marketing and business development experience that is so critical to the success of any business venture.

Steve has served in a variety of Marketing, Communications, Logistics and Consulting capacities. Steve served as Managing Director –Fosdick Fulfillment, where he spearheaded business/consumer fulfillment initiatives including Direct Response, E-commerce, direct marketing, promotion/sales, affinity, logistics, and supply chain management. Steve’s experience in supply chain management, logistics, and electronic process provided an added-value component to the development of long-term client success. Prior to Fosdick Fulfillment, Steve was Vice President – Marketing and Business Development – NewRoads, Inc., as well as held various marketing and business development positions including ShipXact.com, PDS Worldwide, Inc., MossWarner Communications, Inc. and DMBB/Clarion Marketing and Communications.

Steve is on the Electronic Retailing Association’s (ERA) Board of Directors, a member of the Electronic Retailer Magazine’s Editorial Advisory and Marketing Boards, Board Chairperson of the ERA’s Marketing/Communication’s Committee and Branding Task Force, a member of the ERA Board of Directors’ Ethics Committee, a contributing writer to many industry publications such as Electronic Retailer Magazine, Response Magazine, Target Market Magazine, DM News, and Internet Retailer, a frequent speaker at industry events such as ERA, DMA, PROMO, and NCOF, a former board member of the American Marketing Association, and the recipient of the 2005 Volunteer of the Year Award from the Electronic Retailing Association.
